To work for 1 Partner and 1 Fee Earner of this established Private Practice based in Central London. You will be expected to prepare standard letters for Rules 161/162, search reports, abandoning applications, extension of time and report and charge letters for new filings. Liaise with clients, prepare on-line filings, prepare forms, monitoring partner's prompt sheet etc.,
book flights/travel, working on own initiative when partner is away from the office and all normal PA secretarial duties.
Sound patent secretarial background is essential along with the ability to work on own initiative and under pressure when required
