To be successful, you will need to display strong administration skills and high attention to detail. If you have a business administration qualification this might be an advantage, however this is not essential. Additionally, you’ll need to be enthusiastic about taking on various responsibilities and following processes accurately.
Duties involved:
- Inbox management, dealing with emails in order of importance.
- Liaising with clients via email / telephone - providing them with updates on their cases, answering queries, and obtaining any required info. or documentation.
- Maintaining the firm’s case management system, adding important deadlines and ensuring all case information is up-to-date.
- Raising reports.
- Ensuring invoices are correct, checking for any errors / missing charges and flagging this.
