Assistant Accounts Clerk/Receptionist – London
We are delighted to be assisting our client, a leading law firm, on an exclusive basis with their search for an Assistant Accounts Clerk to join their friendly team based in Central London. This is an incredibly varied role with the successful candidate required to cover reception duties when the main receptionist is away.
Some of the duties you can expect to carry out in this role include:
- Bank Reconciliations
- Processing and posting incoming cheques
- Preparing and sending standard reminder letters to clients
- Operating switchboard and meeting and greeting clients on reception when necessary
- Administration duties to ensure smooth running of the office
The ideal candidate will have some previous accounts experience and will be happy to assist with the receptionist duties. Candidates should have a high attention to detail with an organised approach to their work, as well as exceptional communication skills. Knowledge of Sage, Inprotech, Tymetrix and/or Serengeti is desirable but by no means necessary.
