Facilities & Front of House Assistant – Hampshire
Our client, a leading firm within their field is looking for a Facilities and Front of House Assistant to join their team. This is an incredible opportunity to join a thriving firm, with a fantastic reputation and a friendly atmosphere. The role is primarily based in Hampshire with travelling on occasion to their London office.
This unmissable varied opportunity would welcome an individual who holds administrative knowledge as well as strong organisational skills. The role would entail supporting the facilities operation with tasks such as; administration for the archive, post room, and reception duties.
The key duties in this role include, but are not limited to the following:
- Administration duties including post room and archives
- Ensuring office equipment remains in good working order
- Providing support to the facilities manager as needed
- Some reception (front of house) duties.
