Formalities Officer (Docketing) Early £40's++ (12-14 month FTC) – London
A fantastic opportunity has just become available within a market leading IP firm in their London office to join them as a Formalities Officer, working in a team, with a specific focus on docketing.
It is essential that the candidate has previous docketing experience within a formalities department, along with knowledge of using Inprotech. Communication and literacy skills along with a keen eye for detail is needed to flourish in this role. If you have the CIPA qualification under your belt, this will be looked upon favourably – although it’s not an essential requirement.
Duties will include:
- Monitoring and sorting reminders
- Liaising with clients and fee-earners
- Scanning incoming post
- Keeping track of deadlines
- Handling the EPO and EUIPO portal
- Other ad-hoc duties
