IP Paralegal Administrator - Yorkshire
Our leading client are seeking an IP Paralegal Administrator to join their busy team on a full-time, permanent basis.
What experience will you need? For this role, you’ll need over a years’ experience working within a busy patent department. The CIPA qualification would be an advantage, although this is not a deal breaker. Additionally, you’ll need to possess strong organisation skills and good attention to detail.
Within this role, you’ll be involved in a wide range of paralegal administration tasks including:
- Processing official communications.
- Preparing accurate and timely responses to clients / IPOs.
- Generating reports as required.
- Acknowledging client instructions and acting upon them.
- Arranging payment of IP renewals.
- Generally carrying out IP formalities processes.
