IP Records Administrator - 100% Remote Working
Are you seeking a new opportunity within IP records and working 100% remote? We are working with a thriving law firm, who are seeking an IP Records Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
What experience will you need? For this role, you’ll need a minimum of a years’ experience working within a similar role. The CIPA / CITMA qualification would be an advantage, although this is not a deal breaker. Additionally, you’ll need to possess strong deadline management skills and accurate data entry skills.
Within this role, you’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of records management tasks, including:
- Maintaining cases within the IP management database.
- Accurately docketing deadlines and case information.
- Processing official communications.
- Preparing accurate and timely responses to clients / IPOs.
- Generating reports as required.
