IP Records Administrator Role – West Midlands (12 Month FTC)
Our leading client is seeking an IP Records Administrator to join their busy team on a full-time 12 month fixed term contract basis. Hybrid working is also available.
What kind of experience will you need? For this role you will ideally have previous experience in a patent support role. However, this is not essential as you will also be considered if you have strong legal administration experience.
The purpose of the role is to maintain the firm’s records system, keeping all files and cases up-to-date. Some duties you can expect to be involved in would be:
- Adding new cases to the system.
- Updating existing cases on the system with the relevant new information.
- Keeping track of deadlines on the system and ensuring they are met.
- Preparing correspondence to update Attorneys and Clients on the status of cases.
- Liaising with Attorneys, Clients, and IPOs daily.
- Producing reports as required.
