Patent/Trade Mark Renewals Administrator – Yorkshire
Our leading client are seeking an Patent/Trade Mark Renewals Administrator to join their busy Yorkshire team on a full-time and permanent basis.
What experience will you need? Ideally you will already have some experience in Patent or Trade Mark Renewals or IP administration, or alternatively you’ll have office administration experience from a professional services background. Additionally, you will have a good educational background and the willingness to learn.
This is an exciting role where you will work within the renewals team, dealing with the renewal of patents/trade marks/designs as required. The role will involve a lot of deadline management and communication via email, telephone, letter etc. so you will need to be confident in these skills.
Duties would include but not limited to:
- Maintaining the case management system with the relevant updates.
- Acknowledging instructions from clients regarding renewals.
- Preparing cost quotes for renewals.
- Ensuring timely payment of renewals.
- Liaising with Stakeholders as required.
