Junior Level Trade Mark & Patent Paralegal - Berkshire
We are working on a great opportunity for an experienced Trade Mark Paralegal to join the well-established and successful IP team at a prominent firm in Berkshire.
If successful this role will allow you to undertake a wide range of duties, primarily relating to various trade mark tasks and other IP matters relating to patents, and working with some of the best known and respected brands. You will be assisting fee earners with all manner of trade mark, patent and administrative tasks.
Some of the key duties of this varied role will include:
- Supporting fee earners in various trade mark, patent and other contentious IP matters
- Preparing documentation for filing
- Maintaining records on the team’s database
- Liaising with clients and fee earners
- Invoicing
- Other miscellaneous administrative duties
This position would suit someone with at least 18+ months experience working as a Trade Mark Paralegal (if you have exposure working with patents this will be looked upon favourably, but by no means essential) and looking for more exposure in their duties. You will also be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy, a motivated and enthusiastic personality, and the natural ability to integrate well with your peers.
