Learning & Development Professional - London

Are you seeking an exciting opportunity within Learning & Development? We have an excellent opportunity available to join a leading law firm in their HR team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The ideal candidate for this position will be CIPD Qualified with at least 3 years’ experience working in a similar position. Additionally, you will need to possess the ability to maintain important rapport with individuals, within and external to the firm. Strong experience in graduate recruitment will also be essential.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• Organising graduate recruitment processes.
• Collaborating with the appropriate leaders to identify and attract talent.
• Responsibility for the L&D of Trainee Patent & Trade Mark Attorneys.
• Updating the database to show certification of qualification for individuals.
• Analysing the effectiveness of recruitment & training processes; recognising any needs for improvement.
