We are working with a reputable law in Southampton who are seeking a Legal Administration Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role would be an ideal fit for a graduate or a candidate from an administration / customer service background. You’ll need to be a fast learner and interested in working within a law firm environment. Additionally, you will need a good educational background for this role and strong attention to detail.
Duties include:
- Diary management.
- Drafting correspondence, in the format of emails / letters etc.
- Managing invoices, ensuring accuracy, and adding them to the relevant records.
- Minute taking.
- Raising reports.
- Managing case records, uploading important documents and correspondence chains.
