Legal IP Renewals Administrator - Yorkshire

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with some existing IP experience or administrative experience from within a professional services environment, who is willing to learn and take on a new challenge. Great communication skills (written and verbal) are essential, along with strong task prioritisation skills.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Docketing renewals information correctly within the firm’s case management system.
- Ensuring renewal deadlines are met.
- Collecting payments for renewals.
- Acknowledging client instructions, acting upon these accordingly.
- Corresponding with clients and attorneys regarding renewals requirements / queries.
