Dawn Ellmore Employment are assisting a thriving law firm in Sussex who are seeking a motivated Paralegal to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Paralegal with previous experience working within a private client department. A Paralegal qualification and / or law degree would be looked upon favourable. Accurate proofreading and attention to detail is essential as well as superb communication.

Duties include:

• Opening new cases.
• Preparing and drafting important legal documents.
• Answering any client queries and assisting new / existing clients.
• Updating the relevant parties on cases.
• Acknowledging and preparing correspondence to clients, other external parties etc.
• Maintaining case files.
• Any additional admin duties.
