Part Time Trade Mark Attorney - Develop a Trade Marks Practice in London
We are working with a leading law firm as they seek a Trade Mark Attorney (FQ) to join them in their thriving London office and assist in the development of their trade marks and branding practice.
To be successful in this role you must be a fully qualified UK Trade Mark Attorney. Attorneys with any level of post-qualification experience will be considered, and those with experience in a trade marks private practice, or ideally within a law firm setting, will be given strong preference. In addition to this, a demonstrable ability to lead the development of a fledgling trade mark offering will be paramount. As this role will have a strong focus on development of the trade marks practice, Candidates must be confident communicators, and having good business development skills will also be vital in this role as you will be building long lasting relationships with clients. Access to the firm’s existing marketing resources will be available, and you can also expect support from the Partners in departments where there is a commercial overlap.
The successful candidate can expect an attractive salary, the chance to work with a variety of clients and the opportunity to work in a leading firm. Due to the nature of this position, it is initially being offered on a part time, 3 days per week, basis, but your success in the role will inevitably lead to further hours becoming available as the department develops.
