We are delighted to be assisting our long-standing client with their search for a patent administrator to join their office in London. Those from either a patent administration or patent secretary background will be considered for this rare opportunity.
To be successful you will ideally have around 2-3+ years’ experience in similar role - those with less or more experience will also be considered. In this role you will be exposed to the varied patent administration application process, including preparing the necessary forms needed to file applications as well as opening new cases on the database and managing any necessary deadlines. You will also be corresponding with clients and sending reminders to fee earners. As well as this, the successful individual will have an eye for detail and an organised approach to their work. The CIPA qualification will be looked upon favourably, but not a requirement for the role.
