Patent Paralegal / Patentanwaltsfachangestellte/r - Munich

We are working with a top-tier law firm who are seeking a Patentanwaltsfachangestellte/r to join their team in Munich on a full-time, permanent basis.

The ideal candidate for this role will be based in Munich and have a least one year's experience working as a Patent Paralegal. A Patent Paralegal qualification may be looked upon favourably and it is essential that you are fluent in German and English. Additionally, you should be a good team player with the ability to work well under pressure.

Please see below some duties included:

• Acknowledging and generating appropriate correspondence.
• Preparing and filing DE, PCT, EP, EP-PCT and foreign patent and design applications.
• Acknowledging client instructions.
• Managing client portfolios.
• Keeping a close eye on deadlines.
• Raising invoices.
