Patent Support Specialist x 2 £35,000-£45,000++ - London

We are delighted to be assisting our client with their search for 2 Patent Support Specialists to support fee-earners in their busy IT & Engineering Group in London.   Those from a patent support/secretary background who are organised and efficient with a high level of attention to detail will certainly be a good fit for these roles.

The roles will be handling a varied of work to provide direct support to fee earners, as follows:

• Managing fee earner caseloads and deadlines
• Overseeing the inbox and handling client-related emails
• Drafting of standard correspondence, new filings and response uploads
• Inprotech duties
• Preparing all standard monthly billing and e-billing requirements

The ideal candidate will hold the CIPA Qualification (although not an absolute requirement) and have at least 3-4+ years of experience in a patent support role.
