Our prestigious client are seeking a Reward and Benefits Manager to join their excellent team, whereby an astounding salary is on offer along with hybrid working opportunity plus a benefits package which is not to be missed!
The successful individual would hold a strong background within Rewards from a Legal or Professional Services environment, as this role would be to work harmoniously as part of the leadership team within HR. This hands on role would see the following duties be upheld:
- Implementing Reward strategy.
- Providing management to the Reward Advisor.
- Nurturing relationships as well as contracts and service level agreements with the firms Brokers.
- Annual Budgeting process, annual salary reviews plus bonus processes.
