We are delighted to be working exclusively with a very nice growing firm of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys with their search for a Senior IP Paralegal. The role is a new position and will play a crucial part of the firms growth plans in the future. You will really have the chance to make the role your own, and would be a great opportunity for an existing patent paralegal/administrator with knowledge of records, formalities and also UK, EP & PCT filings.

Handling a variety of tasks from docketing the incoming post, to working alongside the firms fee earners to file patent applications. You will also be exposed to national phase filings and the accompanying formalities.
