Trade Mark Paralegal - London
We are pleased to be assisting our long-standing client as they seek an experienced an experienced Trade Mark Paralegal to join their expanding team in London. This is a fantastic time to join them and take the next step in your career within a leading firm that is continuing to grow.
Your duties in this role with involve, but are not limited to;
- Preparing and filing trade mark applications
- Handling assignments
- Corresponding with clients and managing queries relating to IP
- Liaising with the attorneys both locally and internationally
- Remaining up-to-date on client details and updating internal systems accordingly
- Many other ad hoc duties
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role handling trade mark tasks. As well as this, candidates should be comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team. The CITMA qualification is an added bonus but not essential.
