Trade Mark Secretary/Billing Coordinator - London

The successful candidate will have experience working within trademarks. Importantly candidates should have trade mark billing skills, as well as professional experience within trade mark secretarial duties.
This opportunity is for a motivated individual who is looking for an exciting dual role in both trade mark billings and secretarial duties. An example of your duties on a typical day would be as follows:
- Assisting with the trade mark billing process
- Preparing documentation relating to trade mark applications
- Support a Partner and team with secretarial duties
- Liaising with the attorneys and solicitors both locally and internationally
- Remaining up-to-date on client details and updating internal systems accordingly
- Liaising with clients and external offices via the telephone and email
- Many other ad hoc duties!
