Our report shows the range of salaries and benefits offered in the UK for Patent Attorneys, Trade Mark Attorneys, IP Solicitors, and Intellectual Property-related Management, Technical and Support staff at all levels.
The research displays that salaries are continuing to rise across the board in nearly all positions in the IP industry. Factors that have contributed to the increase in salaries include increasing workloads which therefore require the need to recruit staff, the cost of living crisis and the rising rate of inflation.
It is not surprising to note that the importance of flexible and remote working has increased in desire again this past year. Many firms have made their way back to the normality of office working, with the common benefit of offering hybrid working, and certain firms are even offering a fully remote working arrangement which have no impact on salaries.
