It was a pleasure assisting a Senior Attorney in taking the next step in their career to become Head of Trade Marks for this leading firm. Being responsible for the firm’s business development and broadening their client following, this was a mutually beneficial undertaking.

A Head of Department of an in-house firm has joined one of our long-standing private practice clients. With many years of experience under his belt including an array of business development ideas, the firm are delighted to welcome this individual to the team!

Last-minute temp booking

Urgent cover was required for a Patent Secretary who had been taken ill and was unable to work for the next couple of weeks. We were able to find a temporary patent secretary to start the next day within a very short time period.

Moving to France

A leading firm in France required our assistance to help on an exclusive basis with their outstanding vacancy for a Patent Paralegal. With the interviews conducted in our offices, we were happy to help them find a candidate who was the perfect fit for their firm.

Recruiting for a role situated in a rural location

We have come to the aid of a practice in an outlying location, who were in need of an additional qualified trade mark attorney. Another agency was originally given the vacancy, but when we were asked to assist we put them in touch with a candidate who was considering his options, and he is now relishing the opportunity and making a fresh start in new surroundings.

Entering the profession as a Patent Attorney

A graduate keen to start their career as a Patent Attorney has been offered a fantastic role with a leading IP firm. We were pleased to assist with securing her dream role and she is very much looking forward to starting.

Office Support Staff

One of our longstanding clients were in need of a Head Receptionist to manage and supervise the rest of the team. We were able to provide them with a selection of experienced individuals with fantastic professional backgrounds. The chosen individual was delighted to be making the move to such a highly regarded firm and looks forward to the new challenge!

Private Practice to In-House

We partnered a leading in-house firm in their search for a Paralegal with Japanese language skills. They will be assisting servicing their clients in that region. This individual was delighted to have made the move from a private practice firm to a global brand.

Technical Support Staff

We assisted an international technical service provider in their search for an electronics specialist who is able to contribute to the development and growth of the firm’s European practice. We used a search and selection technique to find them someone who ticked all the boxes.

Relocating from the US to the UK

We assisted an experienced Patent Searcher who was making the big move from the US to London. We helped them to secure a position which will allow them to advance their career within a leading firm. We wish them all the best in their new job and with life in London!

Opportunity in the Channel Islands

We assisted a friendly and rapidly expanding IP firm in Jersey with their need for a Trade Mark Attorney to take on the accelerating workload. Making the move to the beautiful island of Jersey was one that this individual had not previously considered but was delighted by the firm and his new surroundings on the first visit.

Helping College Leavers find their first position

We were delighted to have assisted two ILEX college leavers who were seeking entry level support positions. They have been given fantastic opportunities by two great well-known firms, and we would like to wish them the very best of luck as they step onto the career ladder within Intellectual Property.
