This is a rare opportunity to train as a Recruitment Consultant within an established, market leading recruitment agency.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be assisting experienced consultants with a broad range of vacancies, with tasks including:
• Identifying suitable candidates;
• Contacting candidates to perform pre-screening interviews;
• Contacting existing and potential new clients to offer assistance with vacancies;
• Other ad hoc duties to support the consultants.
In addition, the role will allow you to focus on business development and advertising so that the company may increase its presence in the market.
These tasks will allow you to gain a comprehensive knowledge of the recruitment profession as a whole, as well as the various recruitment practices operated by the company and its consultants. Using this knowledge, you will be given the support to build your own career as a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant.

The role of Recruitment Researcher is crucial in assisting experienced consultants with a broad range of vacancies, with tasks including identifying suitable candidates and contacting them to perform pre-screening interviews to further assess their suitability, contacting existing and potential new clients to offer our assistance with their current vacancies, as well as other ad hoc duties to support our consultants.
In addition, the role will have a focus on business development and advertising.
