IT Support / Helpdesk Role – London
Our leading client is seeking an IT Support Engineer to manage their Helpdesk Team.
An ideal candidate would be someone with over 3 years’ experience in the IT field. Additionally, the candidate should have a relevant IT / Computer Science qualification.
Responsibilities to include (but not limited to):
- Managing the Helpdesk Team - mentoring and overseeing the performance of the Helpdesk.
- Providing key support to IT Managers, taking on any work passed across.
- Maintaining the system and its effectiveness.
- Resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Monitoring tickets, making sure all are dealt with.
- Identifying areas for improvement – systems.
