To be successful you must have prior experience within a similar position, ideally from a professional services environment. This role requires you to hold the CIPD Level 5 or 7 as well as having excellent hands-on experience within employee relations. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, as well as positive and can-do attitude will see you thrive within this exquisite role.
Duties will include:
- Employee relations, ensuring advice and guidance is provided.
- Dealing with employee life cycle as well as people operations.
- Providing team support and learning and development.
