The role will involve handling a range of trade mark formalities, including preparing and filing applications, processing renewals, managing recordals, assisting with oppositions and registry matters, and monitoring key deadlines. You will also be responsible for maintaining trade mark portfolios, preparing client reports and cost estimates, and liaising with clients and overseas associates.

The ideal candidate will have strong trade mark formalities experience, excellent attention to detail and a good understanding of trade mark procedures. You will be highly organised, proactive and confident managing a busy workload.
