c£70,000 - Senior Trade Mark Paralegal (London/Hybrid)

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Trade Mark Paralegal to join the specialist IP team of a leading international law firm in London.

This permanent, full-time position offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of UK and international trade mark matters within a highly respected practice. With a flexible hybrid working model and genuine opportunities for professional development, this role is ideal for an experienced paralegal ready to hit the ground running. 

We're looking to speak with candidates who have:

• A minimum of five years' experience working as a Trade Mark Paralegal.
• Strong working knowledge of UKIPO, EUIPO and WIPO procedures.
• Proven experience managing watch notices, oppositions, and drafting related documentation and specifications.
• Experience of renewals would be advantageous.

As a senior member of the team, you'll play an important role in supporting attorneys, managing complex trade mark matters and maintaining strong client relationships – they are looking for someone who can work largely unaided within a close-knit team!
