Dawn Ellmore Employment are pleased to be supporting a prestigious highly regarded Law Firm in their search for a Legal Accounts & Billing Assistant to join their outstanding Newcastle office. This position presents a unique opportunity to develop and thrive within a respected and long-established practice.
The successful individual will ideally hold experience within an Accounts or Billing type role from a professional services environment as well as honing good Excel capabilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential along with an organised and motivated outlook – strong attention to detail is vital!
Duties will include:
- Generating daily invoices as well as submitting to clients.
- Processing transactions.
- Liaising with Fee Earners and the Credit Control Team.
- Dealing with the creation of reports in regard to billing.
- General administrative support to the supervisors and managers.
