Legal Facilities Assistant – Sheffield, Yorkshire

The role would suit a positive, proactive individual with a background in facilities who is ready to take on a new challenge. Excellent attention to detail is essential, along with strong Microsoft Office skills. The successful candidate will be highly organised, with the ability to plan effectively and prioritise their workload.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the day-to-day maintenance of the building, including desk moves
- Monitoring and managing the helpdesk inbox
- Carrying out AV checks for meeting rooms
- Liaising with contractors and external providers regarding building requirements
- Assisting the Client Services team when required
