Key Responsibilities:

• Dealing with escalations for Legal Tech Support and dealing with all queries.
• Assisting Senior Tech Members with configuration, deployment, and maintenance.
• Implement legal tech solutions as well as developing them.
• Be involved in training sessions as well workshops and presentations.
• Systems upgrade support.
