A leading IP law firm is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join their Patents team. This is a full-time, permanent role offering the opportunity to work on a wide range of intellectual property matters. Hybrid working is also available. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Acknowledge and generate professional correspondence.
• Prepare and file patent and design applications.
• Manage client portfolios and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor deadlines closely to ensure compliance.
• Raise invoices and support billing processes. 

Candidate Profile:

• Previous Patent Paralegal/Secretarial experience.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent team player with effective communication skills.
• Experience with IP systems and procedures is highly desirable.
