Patent Paralegal – Liverpool Area

We are working with a leading firm who are seeking a motivated Patent Paralegal to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This firm are seeking an experienced candidate with strong experience in patent administration and formalities. At least 2 years’ experience is preferred. A CIPA qualification would be beneficial, but it might not be essential. Additionally, you will need to be confident with great communication skills.

Duties will be varied to include:

• Preparing and filing patent applications.
• Handling validations.
• Maintaining the IP records database.
• Processing incoming correspondence.
• Preparing correspondence.
• Attending to payments to patent offices.
• Processing invoices.
