Patent Records & Renewals Specialist - 100% Remote or Hybrid Working Available
Are you seeking a new role within patent support? We are working with a reputable law firm who are seeking a Patent Records & Renewals Specialist to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
What experience do you need? You will need at least a years’ experience working within a busy patent department. Strong knowledge of the patent lifecycle process from start to finish is essential. A CIPA qualification could be advantageous, but this may not be essential. Additionally, you’ll need to be able to work without supervision and display great deadline management skills.
Duties:
- Handling patent and design renewals.
- Acknowledging client instructions.
- Preparing cost quotes as required.
- Preparing appropriate responses to clients and IPOs.
- Managing official communications.
- Attending to formalities tasks.
- Docketing.
