Senior Associate (Corporate) – Surrey

We are delighted to supporting a Top Law Firm in Surrey who are seeking a Senior Associate to join their growing Corporate Team. This is an excellent opportunity offering flexible hybrid working along with an attractive salary and benefits package!

To be successful you must hone 6+ years PQE within Corporate Law and be able to demonstrate your capabilities seamlessly, as you will be working with a range of corporate transactions with a particular focus on M&A. This role would suit an Associate looking to take their next step or a Senior Associate looking to get stuck into a new challenge within a thriving and well-established Law Firm in Surrey. You will be expected to have prior experience in supervising juniors for this position as well as dealing with transactions from beginning to end.
