What experience is required?
- 5+ years’ experience within a Trade Mark Paralegal position.
- Strong understanding of UKIPO, EUIPO, and WIPO procedures; familiarity with design rights is a plus.
- Experience handling Watch Notices, oppositions and drafting is essential.
- CITMA Paralegal qualification (preferred but not essential).
