Trade Mark Assistant (1 Year Contract) – London
We are working with a leading law firm in London who are looking for a Trade Mark Assistant to join their team, full-time, on a one year contract basis.
For this role, you will need at least a year of experience working within a busy trade mark team. A CITMA qualification would be an advantage. However, this may not be essential if you are qualified by experience. Additionally, you will need strong experience in using IP management systems – Inprotech experience would be beneficial. Strong communication and organisation skills are essential.
Duties:
- Diary management.
- Liaising with Intellectual Property Offices.
- Handling client queries, providing case updates.
- Opening / closing cases.
- Preparing appropriate correspondence.
- Acknowledging official communications.
- Drafting and filing trade mark and design applications.
