We are working with a reputable IP firm who are seeking a Trade Mark Formalities Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis in South East England.
In order to be successful, you will need existing experience working within a busy trade mark environment. It is essential to have a keen eye for detail and great deadline management. Additionally, you will need recent experience in dealing with a broad range of trade mark formalities tasks.
Duties:
- Managing trade mark portfolios.
- Preparing correspondence to IPOs, clients, etc.
- Updating clients on their cases.
- Acknowledging instructions.
- Drafting and filing trade mark forms.
