Trade Mark Formalities Support – Birmingham
Are you seeking a new opportunity within Trade Marks? We are working with a reputable law firm who are seeking a Trade Mark formalities support candidate to join their busy Trade Marks team on a full-time, permanent basis.
For this role, you will need existing trade mark support experience – this could be within formalities, records, or renewals. At least 6 months’ experience is essential. If you have the CITMA qualification, this may be advantageous, but it is not a deal breaker. Additionally, you’ll need to have great organisation skills as you will be responsible for managing a high case load. Strong proofreading skills are also a necessity.
Duties will include:
- Managing trade mark portfolios.
- Attending to formalities requirements.
- Updating the firm’s case management system.
- Communicating effectively with clients, IPOs, and internal staff.
