A top-rate law firm is seeking a Senior Trade Mark Paralegal to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role is for an experienced Paralegal with at least 4 years’ experience working within a busy trade mark department. A CITMA qualification would be beneficial for this role. To be successful, you’ll need strong experience in handling, filings, oppositions, registrations, formalities etc.
Duties:
- Preparing and filing trade mark applications.
- Maintaining the firm’s IP management system.
- Handling oppositions procedures.
- Attending to formalities work.
- Liaising with clients.
- Processing incoming communications.
- Preparing correspondence.
