Experienced Trade Mark Paralegal – North West England
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Trade Mark Paralegal to join a highly regarded and growing firm based in the North West.
This role offers the chance to work within a busy and collaborative trade mark team, managing a broad range of trade mark matters while taking on a high level of responsibility and autonomy. It's an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their expertise and play a key role in supporting a dynamic practice.
The successful candidate will be highly organised and possess excellent communication skills. You will be confident managing your own workload and able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Filing UK and international trade mark applications and renewals.
- Providing administrative and prosecution support to Trade Mark Attorneys.
- Preparing trade mark documentation, reports and portfolio schedules.
- Assisting with trade mark recordals, formalities and general portfolio management.
- Liaising with clients, overseas associates and official intellectual property offices.
- Supporting the team across a wide variety of trade mark matters.
