In-House Commercial Contracts & IP Specialist – Lincoln
Dawn Ellmore Employment are working with a well-respected firm who are seeking an In-House Commercial Contracts & IP Specialist to join their team in Lincoln on a full-time, permanent basis.
What experience will you need? To be successful, you will need 5+ years’ experience working within a Legal Manager role. It is essential to have both commercial and IP experience, you’ll need strong experience in dealing with commercial contracts and intellectual property management. A law / business degree is required for this role. Additionally, you’ll need to be a professional individual who can confidently take the lead on all legal and contract matters with no supervision.
Duties:
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
- Managing agreements.
- Handling quotes.
- IP management – dealing with infringements; IP applications & renewals etc.
- Maintaining the legal records within the firm’s database.
- Dealing with litigation / dispute resolution.
