IP Admin Assistant – London
We are working with a top-rate law firm in the London, who are looking for an IP Admin Assistant to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.
What experience will you need? Ideally, you will have at least a year of administration experience within a professional setting, legal admin experience is preferable. Additionally, you will need a strong educational background and great task prioritisation skills. An Admin / Secretarial qualification might be looked upon favourably, but this isn’t a necessity.
The tasks within this role will be related to handling the renewal of clients’ intellectual property. Please see below examples of duties:
- Acknowledging and preparing appropriate correspondence to clients.
- Handling cases, noting important deadlines.
- Answering any renewals queries, preparing timely responses.
- Updating case records, ensuring all information is correct and accurately dated.
- Obtaining the relevant documents required for renewals.
