IP Paralegal (Patents) – 100% Remote Working Available

We are working with a top-rate law firm who are seeking an experienced IP Paralegal (Patents) to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

An ideal candidate for this position will have at least 4 years’ experience working within a similar role. The CIPA qualification is preferable but may not be essential if you have a great deal of experience. In addition, you will need good organisation and the ability to manage a high caseload with little to no supervision.

Duties include:

• Preparing and filing patent & design applications.
• Dealing with patent prosecution cases.
• Maintaining the firm’s IP database.
• Handling renewals.
• Producing high quality correspondence.
• Providing cost quotes.
• Effectively liaising with clients and IPOs.
