Legal Secretary (Conveyancing) – Eastbourne
Are you an experienced Legal Secretary? We are working with a reputable law firm in Eastbourne who are seeking an enthusiastic new team member to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.
An ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience working within a busy conveyancing department. An admin / secretarial qualification would be an advantage. However, this may not be essential if you have the relevant experience. Additionally, you will need to be a hardworking individual with great communication and organisation skills.
Duties:
- Diary management.
- Document preparation.
- Communicating effectively with clients.
- Preparing accurate correspondence.
- Case management.
- Providing high quality support to the fee earner.
