Operations Manager – Birmingham Law Firm   

We have partnered with a Top Law Firm who are seeking an Operations Manager to join their team. This role would see you providing strategic and operational leadership across the firm and secure an excellent salary along with hybrid working – this is an opportunity not to be missed.

To be successful you must have prior experience in a Senior Level Operations role and be confident managing teams as well as dealing with organisational changes. Having a background within Intellectual Property would serve as a positive for this role but is not a necessity. You must be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner as well as having superb organisational capabilities.
