This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paralegal who can hit the ground running. It is essential you have strong knowledge of US and Asian filings and have directly filed these. You should have experience working within a fast-paced environment with have high attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

• Manage patent matters and keep deadlines on track
• Prepare and submit filings to the US Patent and Trade Mark Office
• Act as a main contact between clients and legal teams
• Maintain accurate records and digital filing systems
• Draft correspondence and support internal documentation
• Assist with reporting, budgeting support, and time tracking
