An exciting opportunity has arisen with a respected Oxford-based Law Firm seeking a Commercial, Tech & IP Solicitor to join its growing team. The role is ideally suited to a Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE who has experience handling commercial contracts, technology agreements, and Intellectual Property matters.

You’ll work closely with a range of clients, providing practical commercial advice while also assisting on high-value and more complex transactions alongside experienced Senior Lawyers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
