Trade Mark Assistant (Opportunities for progression) - London
Are you passionate about Intellectual Property and eager to get hands-on experience in trade mark work? We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to provide essential support to our busy trade mark team. This is your chance to develop your skills in a fast-paced, client-focused environment where full training will be provided.
You’ll play a key role in keeping the trade mark team running smoothly, helping manage cases and supporting client projects. This will involve researching brands and market activity, preparing reports and communications, and assisting with portfolio reviews to guide strategy. You’ll also help gather evidence for disputes, organise documentation for hearings or presentations, and keep files and records up to date.
What is needed?
- You will ideally hold a law degree and a strong interest in Trade Marks
- The ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
